| KERSHAW, Robert | My research interest is my grandfather Robert Kershaw. He was not active in my fathers upbringing and so we have no family knowledge of him. The only information I have is from my fathers birth certificate which identifies that in 1913 Robert Kershaw was working as a painter with the Furness Railways and living just outside Barrow-in-Furness.
I have been in touch with the Barrow Local History Service, who advise me that that their archive only includes information about station staff, not yard staff.
